Platform rules
Use must comply with the applicable policies and terms of X, Google and YouTube, TikTok, and every other connected platform. Features may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued when required by a platform or by law.
Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery timing, continued API availability, or acceptance of content by any platform. Third-party outages, rate limits, policy changes, and account restrictions are outside our control.
No financial guarantee
Market and crypto information is provided for informational purposes and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Bull-Eye News does not guarantee trading results, investment returns, accuracy, or financial outcomes.
Limitation of liability

Suspension and revocation
Access may be limited or revoked to protect accounts, enforce these terms, respond to platform requirements, or prevent abuse. Users can revoke a platform authorization at any time through that platform's settings and may request disconnection by contacting us.
